Terms and Conditions for The Yard LLC
The Yard LLC reserves the right to refuse orders placed through this web site at its sole discretion that: it determines to be beyond the scope of its normal business practices, it determines is too far away or too difficult to provide delivery to, if through abuse, error, or technical issue, an improper or errant order is placed, or if it believes an order to be fraudulent.
Coupon codes are limited to one per customer. Customers attempting to use a coupon code more than once can be refused the coupon code discount.
A requested delivery date is not binding upon The Yard LLC. After receiving your order, The Yard LLC will try to schedule your requested delivery when you specified, but due to issues like scheduling, weather conditions and more, it may not be possible. The Yard LLC will attempt to contact you to confirm the delivery date by e-mail or phone and if necessary to mutually agree on another date. If you are unavailable to discuss alternate delivery dates, your delivery may be delayed or canceled.
Delivery charges for bulk materials are calculated per bulk type since we are not able to combine bulk materials at this time.
Coupons/discounts apply to merchandise only and not to delivery charges. Other restrictions may apply.
All deliveries are curb to curb. If customer requests the dumping of materials at a site other than curbside, The Yard LLC is not responsible for property damage occurring due to the customer’s request. Any additional costs incurred during the delivery, to the property and/or truck, including cost of towing if the truck should become immovable on property, is the customer’s responsibility.
The Yard LLC allots 5 minutes per delivery once truck is on-site. Any delivery time extending past the allotted time will be billed to the customer at a rate of $1.75 per minute. This includes time accrued if the truck should become immovable due to a customer’s request to have material dumped at a site other than curbside.
Deliveries canceled by customer within 24 hours of set delivery date or non-deliverable loads, will result in a charge of 50% of the delivery cost.
Dumping of material in multiple locations will result in a charge of $50.00 per dump.
The Yard LLC drivers are authorized to refuse a customer’s request to dump at a site other than curbside if it is inaccessible/questionable whether the truck will be able to complete the dump successfully and safely, without incurring any damages or injuries.
